This is based off of the 4 main characters from my story that I'm writing with
called Over thrown again. Currently the first book is done for a rough copy, and the second book is well under way.
#01 - Comfort
Marty watched her brother lying on the bed, motionless, felt the tears rolling down her cheeks, and the soft contact of Dante's arms around her shoulders holding her lightly and offering her strength.
#02 - Kiss
Charlene stood in the rain, watching the house opposite of her, where her sister in arms stood with one of her people crying her heart out, didn't hear the soft footfalls of her former husband to be, who came around her and tilted her chin up slightly, leaning down and laying his lips on hers.
#03 - Soft
Even through Marty's pain induced slumber, she felt the soft hands of her field nurses changing her changing her bandages from her injuries.
#04 - Pain
Marty watched through half closed eyes as her brother got shot, her scream of heart stopping pain echoing around the room as she screamed out her brother's name.
#05 - Potatoes
Dante sat down next to Marty, looking at her plate of food which was bacon, eggs, and all manners of extremely greasy food, when his own arrived, heaped up with Homefries and fried potatoes.
#06 - Rain
"DANTE!!!" Marty screamed, running after him, the rain pelting down around her, and causing her boots to become slick on the grass, and send her flying to the ground, her hand outstretched to the man walking away from her forever.
#07 - Chocolate
Dante stood watching Marty, his fellow cop, receiving a box of chocolates from her fiance, a sneer contorting the handsome lines of his face, for he didn't like her fiance, and fancied that she'd be happier with him.
#08 - Happiness
Falling to her knees, she sees the last of the head council that had turned fall down dead, knowing that she was the one to destroy them all, every single one one them and now she could rest, happy that her mission was over, she falls forward and lies on the clod blood stained floor of the St. Mary's Cathedral.
#09 - Telephone
Marty sat by her phone, working away at a case that had recently fallen under her jurisdiction, waiting for her fiance to call her, seeing as it was midnight, and he wasn't home yet.
#10 - Ears
Charlene's hands rose up of their own accord and covered her ears tightly against the piercing screech that could be heard through out the building, her enemies seeming to be impervious against it.
#11 – Name
"I'm sorry, do I know you?" Marty was wary of this woman who seemed to know her, and then listening to what she had to say knew exactly who she was, Charlene Talerein, her brother's good for nothing ex-fiance.
#12 - Sensual
Marty felt Dante's hands running up her body, stopping here and there, for a few moments, before continuing on up her body till they reached her face and framed it.
#13 - Death
"What do you mean she's not going to make it?" Marty was shocked, for her best friend in the world was going to pass away and the doctors were going to do nothing for her!
#14 - Sex
Mike looked over to his sister, who's face was flushed from a good session of sex, and wondered who the lucky guy was, it certainly couldn't have been Dante, could it have been?
#15 - Touch
Dante rolled over, still asleep, his hand questing for Marty's who usually slept beside him, and tonight she wasn't there, and her touch didn't keep him from the night terrors.
#16 - Weakness
Donnahan held the gun to Mike's head and Marty fell to her knees, the gun falling from her limp hands, "Alright Donnahan, you've got what you want, leave him out of this!"
#17 - Tears
Charlene continued to write out her message while drops stained the paper to almost illegibility, and still she mustered on and left it lying next to Mike's still form on the pillow, while the machines beeped all around her.
#18 - Speed
Mike was going faster then ever, riding on a commandeered motorcycle, heading back to the precinct, because if he didn't he was going to die a rather painful death at the hands of his fiance.
#19 - Wind
Marty looked up to the sky, feeling free for the first time in a long time, enjoying the small breeze flowing through the simulation.
#20 - Freedom
Marty felt the ties on her break free, causing her to sit bolt up right, and into the knife held poised over her body, held by her torutrer, and she caught the smirk on his face as her world went black, her freedom fleeting and gone.
#21 - Life
Mike looked down at the pitiful creature in front of him, the guys life in his hands, and it was one heady feeling for a guy used to only seeing a computer screen.
#22 - Jealousy
Marty watched her flirting with Dante, an unimaginable hatred and sickening feeling filling her body from her toes to her hair.
#23 - Hands
Glaring down at her hands, she notices the scars on the back, and the roughed caluses on the palms, and regretted that she hadn't taken better care of them.
#24 - Taste
Mike looked over at Dante, slightly surprised, and spoke out loud, "You want a taste of my sister, are you nuts?!?!"
#25 – Devotion
Marty looked up at the sky, Dante's words of 'you belong to me and I'll never give you up' floating around her head, and she quite enjoyed thinking that he loved her enough to be jealous and slightly possessive.
#26 - Forever
Charlene looked at Marty and Mike, and thought of her little brother, a man now dead, and realized that the bond of blood lasted forever, where the bond of water would fade in time.
#27 – Blood
The rich red fluid was coppery smelling, and made Charlene's nose crinkle in disgust, but she needed to fix this guys shoulder before he bled to death.
#28 - Sickness
Marty coughed hard, wracked with what was cheerfully called Bronchitis, and felt something dislodge from her throat, which she promptly spit out into the bucket, filled with the same thing she had just spit out.
#29 - Melody
Dante kneeled on the floor, the music that passed for a melody vibreating through his head, causing his brain to feel like exploding.
#30 - Star
Turning his face up to the stars, he sees the constellations that were supposed to be in the sky, Mike sighs softly thinking of his sister who was like his twin to match his gemini sign.
#31 - Home
As the Mission scrolled across his screen, Dante say the hopes of finding and settling down in a home for any length of time vanish before his eyes.
#32 - Confusion
Charlene walked down the street unsure of where she was going, and trying to figure out what Marty wanted from her, for they hadn't been on good terms since she had walked out on her brother all those years ago.
#33 - Fear
Dante ran towards the house of horrors, watching as his two friends went in before him, hoping, all three of them, hoping that maybe, just maybe, Marty would still be alive in there, and the fear was eating his insides so much he was probably going to have an ulcer.
#34 - Lightning/Thunder
Leaning her forehead against the large window she watches the lightning flash and the thunder roll hard, vibrating under her feet, and taking her back to another rain streaked night during her cop days....
